Mandatory Health Warnings

The following health warnings are required by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management:

• ⚠Cannabis is not recommended for use by persons who are pregnant or nursing.

Age Verification Policy

We strictly enforce the legal age requirement of 21 years or older for all cannabis purchases. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the point of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid ID.

Our website requires age verification before access and uses a Secure cookie in production to maintain verified status for 30 days. The cookie is readable by the age-gate interface and contains no date of birth or other personal information.
